We do not have any control over customs clearance at the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of the import regulations of their country. If the shipment is delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities, Koit Biopharma Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, delay, or additional charges incurred.
 
Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or other technical issues.

  • Payments must be made in full before the order is processed.
     

Order Processing & Shipping

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for resending the package.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
    - If it is returned from customs then we can ship it back after taking shipping charges. 

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
