Shipping Policy

We generally ship the product within 2 to 3 working days once we receive payment confirmation. However it generally depends on the availability of the product and quantity ordered.

Shipping partner is decided as per the payment made. We generally ship through RMS (it generally takes longer), EMS (Generally faster than RMS), and DHL (faster).

We do not guarantee any custom related policies / problems arises at the time of importing the product at destination country. and there will be no refund if its stopped at customs at destination country.

Return & Refund Policy

Refund :

Refund may be issued if

Product returned by you is not tempered, in original condition and packaging, not used, and it is accepted by our team
you have paid twice because of bank or any one’s mistake
stock is not available for item you have ordered
Delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners.

Return will not be issued if any of the following condition is met

Product received by us is tempered with or opened or not in original form or packing.
You ordered wrong order and you do not wish to continue with the same order.

Since this is consumable item, it is not possible for us to accept return however returns are accepted in following conditions.

Return will not be accepted if

you have opened the product and then decided you do not want to use the product
you have not contacted us within 48 hours of your delivery of material.
